This unique business is a new kind of service provider that blends together marketing, technology and people disciplines. The core services they offer include, customer research, data and analytics, creative advertising, brand strategy and experience design.
This role sits in the research team of this media digital business. A competent and enthusiastic all-round researcher, you will utilise a range of quantitative and qualitive methodologies. It’s a fast paced environment that will see you working across a broad spectrum of clients including those within Media and Entertainment, Travel and Tourism, FMCG, Financial Services, Government and NFP.
As a Research Manager you will have input on projects from the brief to the final presentation stage and will manage all aspects of the research cycle. You should be competent in developing online surveys, monitoring fieldwork, analysis and client reporting. You will also have ideally had some exposure to qualitative research – writing recruitment screeners and discussion guides, depth interviewing, groups, online qual etc.
- 2+ years’ experience (ideally across quant and qual research methods)
- Strong project management skills
- Able to tell a story with data
- Client management skills
