My client is a leading Australian consultancy that is a specialist in social research, they solve problems that impact our lives.

A gap has arisen in the Quantitative Team for a switched-on Analyst to join them. This is a hands-on role where you will receive exceptional training and development from Seniors in the team in all areas of quant research;

• Taking client briefs and designing research
• Questionnaire design
• Analysis
• Insight generation – pulling key information and telling a story
• Reporting
• Client management
• And presenting

You will also be given the opportunity to work across a variety of social clients; the local and federal government, not-for-profits, NGOs and charities. You’ll work across a mix of projects – employee research, community research, policy development, communication research & Voice of the Customer

The ideal candidate will have 1-2+ years of commercial market research agency experience and will be confident in running/assisting with running quantitative projects (both tracking & ad-hoc)
