Helping clients access consumers almost anywhere in the world in order to uncover insight, create compelling innovation, improve existing ideas and creative stimulus, their USP is to be able to go from insight discovery to validated creative stimuli in less than a month yet still retain a depth of insight and level of creative recommendation that sets them apart from competitors.
As Digital Transformation/Automation Director, your role will be to shape the technology backbone of this fast growing consumer insights consultancy and lead the implementation of breakthrough tech solutions in the area of consumer research and data analytics.
To be considered you'll ideally understand consumer insight, consumer product and service innovation development and consumer centric marketing journeys. You 'll also have a strong grasp of the tools, capabilities and methodologies that facilitate the generation of robust consumer insight through the capture of consumer behaviour, thoughts and creativity, thus you'll be familiar with the field of consumer research and advanced analytics solutions (text, image, video), and be experienced in designing and implementing tech solutions at scale.
In addition, as a Digital Transformation/Automation Director you'll have strong project/program management and leadership skills, highly effective communication skills, be a collaborative team player; technical capabilities and understanding are equally essential.
