As a Qualitative Account Director, you’ll join an impressive Senior Team, where you will oversee the entire research process, unveiling the elusive and explaining the ‘why’ behind consumer behaviour, choice and preference. This is a hands-on research role that will see you driving meaningful insights for your clients; helping them to make better marketing decisions.
This is a highly varied role which allows you to combine client and account management, consulting, people management and business development. By applying your expert level of client knowledge and understanding, you will deliver effective advice, inspire fresh thinking and be the first point of call across all accounts you manage. Using your effective people management skills, you will maximise individual and team performance; and coach and develop team members with your constructive feedback. Your ability to create positive relationships and deliver account responsibilities, will see you not only retain, but also grow existing client business, revenue and profitability.
• 5 + years’ relevant qualitative research experience (ideally in brand, media or communications)
• Advanced in uncovering ley client issues and an ability to design quality research to meet clients’ needs
• Excellent hands on moderation and workshop facilitation skills
• Able to inspire, mentor and lead junior staff
• Confident managing client accounts
