Being a Research Consultant in this winning team, will allow you to partner with some of Australia’s most challenging and rewarding businesses. You will cover a range of interesting and varied sectors from FMCG, telecommunications, technology, retail, entertainment and social and government. An expert in quantitative research methodologies, you will work on all stages of a broad mix of projects, in a client facing role. Projects types will include choice modelling, pricing research, segmentation, customer journey mapping and new product evaluation. Providing excellent client service will be at the top of your to-do list, and you will deliver insights with care and passion in an accessible way.
• Minimum 3 years in a commercial research agency
• Experience working in a variety of sectors on a range of project types
• Excellent client servicing skills
• Solid experience using statistical packages (SPSS and/or Q)
• A vibrant consultative style and approach
