Due to organic growth, this independent branding and insights consultancy is looking for an experience quantitative specialist to join their growing Melbourne office. This is a high-profile role, partnering with the MD and senior directors you will – grow key client accounts, manage a team, lead New Business Development and deliver genuinely impactful insights to clients that solve their branding problems.
Clients that this agency partners with are varied and impressive, ranging from large FMCG, Retail and Aviation brands, to smaller film, tech and auto clients.
This isn’t a classic market research role – it’s a holistic blend of strategy, branding and innovation – there is no cookie-cutter research here. Projects span both ad-hoc and tracking; branding, communications testing, media effectiveness, cultural change, trends and futures and brand experience.
This role is the perfect fit for a senior researcher who is looking to step up in terms of variety, autonomy, responsibility and value. Ideally, the successful candidate will have 5+ years strong Market Research agency experience, exceptional quantitative skills, and strong client management capabilities.
