As the success of this agency has grown, so has their need for bright and creative researchers, meaning that they are now on the lookout for a Research Manager to join the team and become the principal point of contact for high profile clients and lead a variety of projects from inception through to presentation. Projects are varied - concept testing, advertising, usage and attitude, customer satisfaction/ experience/ loyalty, employee, website evaluation etc.
As a Research Manager, you will have a strong level of experience across different quantitative and qualitative methodologies/ project types and be confident in your ability to design and analyse consumer market research as well as the ability to utilise trends and build strong relationships with clients. You will have a real interest in story-telling and bringing the data you uncover to life as well as a passion for consumer behaviour and the world of research and good knowledge of online communities.
