South Coast – Contract - £30,000-£35,000 pro rata
A fantastic interim/contract role within a leading national charity! This non-profit organization is on the lookout for a research professional who wants to make a real difference! As a Research officer you will have experience conducting qualitative and quantitative research, you will you play a pivotal role by providing the team with insights in order to drive loyalty of the customers and ensure sustainability.
You will be working alongside other researchers and team members to better understand and improve the customer experience, you will design, conduct and commission research projects for clients across the charity. You will manage multiple projects for a range of customers and enhance the reputation of the team with your analytical skills, great attention to detail, experience of using multiple research methods and presenting the findings.
You will be a confident Excel and PowerPoint user, Survey Monkey knowledge would be beneficial, but it is not essential. Ideally you will have some experience measuring and improving the customer experience and have a good understanding of the charity sector or not-for-profit.
