This is a market research agency that works hard to make complex market information straightforward for their clients. They deliver insight that is meaningful, outcome focused and easy to embed and action. They see research as a tool to arm their clients with market and customer understanding enabling them to differentiate themselves from their competition and to deliver game changing brands, products and customer experiences. Key to their success is their superior sector and business knowledge and they have expertise across CX, Technology, Financial Services, Automotive, Telco and B2B research.
They are looking for a bright mind to join them as a Senior Research Analyst to have hands on role in all parts of the project life cycle. You will work with a broad range of clients, primarily from the technology and services sector. You will work strategically with clients, drawing on a range of methodologies and although your background is predominantly quant you will have opportunity to develop your qualitative skills. Day to day you’ll be exposed to the full project life cycle from having input into client’s pitches and proposals to research and questionnaire design to project management and data collection to data analysis and client reports and deliverables.

• Customer Experience and Advocacy
You must be keen to learn, have interested in understanding behaviour and decision making and like the idea of working in a boutique agency made up of great minds. You must already have a foundation of hands on commercial experience in quantitative research, think at least 6-12 months, and be able to show a natural flair for doing things a little differently. A natural with number you’ll ideally have previous experience of using SPSS or Q and you’ll enjoy finding insights/stories from numbers.
