Central London - £60-£70,000 + strong benefits
“Strategic [strəˈtiːdʒɪk] ADJECTIVE: relating to the identification of long-term or overall aims and interests and the means of achieving them.” This is what the dictionary says, yet it is so over-used it is losing its true meaning. So many agencies say they are ‘strategic’, but can they really back it up? Well, this thriving group really can.
As part of a leading Advertising and Media group, this insights-led brand consultancy stands out as a thought-leader and guiding light in brand engagement and communications. They are an eclectic group of former planners, researchers and marketers who work collaboratively to solve some of the most highly complex brand-marketing problems, using the full toolbox of online and offline methods, plus a few of their ‘home-grown’ creative techniques. The result: a set of strategic recommendations and call to action for the client on how to make their brands succeed, backed by real analysis, interpretation and understanding of the consumer’s mind.
As a Qualitative Strategy Director, you will be an important part of the management team and will lead some of the agency’s most prestigious qualitative accounts providing thought-leadership on complex branding issues and drawing on your creative and client consulting skills to the full. No two client problems will be the same, so variety is the theme and versatility the key requirement, along with excellent communication skills to convey the strategic implications behind your research to a diverse client audience. You will also lead bright and creative Qualitative researchers who will look to your for development and guidance, so inspirational management and mentoring skills are also essential.
Coupled with an excellent salary and great prospects as the business continues to grow, this is a seriously good move for a senior Qualitative specialist searching for a break from the norm and where you can help shape the direction of a business that prides itself on sharing and adopting new ways of working in a collaborative environment.
