With exponential growth last year, and continued growth projected for 2019, a newly created role in the Sydney office has arisen for a Research Manager. This is a full-service research role, where you will be hands on in running research projects end-to-end, with a focus on: CX, Employee Experience, Brand Experience and Product experience. This is a Senior role, suited for an experienced researcher, that is looking for something different.
You will become fully integrated and imbedded into your client’s research and strategy teams - not just providing recommendations but implementing them! The work will be predominately ad-hoc and strategic.
What do you need to be to thrive in this role?
• A problem solver: you'll constantly be challenged to think on your feet, dealing with different stakeholders who need to look at their problems with a fresh pair of eyes
• An analytical mind with a deep expertise in Market Research methods (SPSS, Q and excel)
• A relationship builder; you will grow and develop strong and lasting client relationships, they will trust you with providing the best in-class solutions
• A commercial thinker - this is a senior role, in a new division of the business. You will need to have prior experience solving complex business problems and dealing with top management and senior stakeholders.
