Specialists in brand, communications and customer experience research, this market research agency partner with clients in the Commercial, Government and NFP sectors. They go beyond traditional research to understand the cultural, social and market context, drawing insight from a wider set of data and creating new ways to communicate and inspire.
Your key responsibilities in this Associate Director role will be to manage a range of quantitative research projects from start to finish. They’ll also be the opportunity to step into qual research for those that want it. Working on both ad hoc and tracking projects, your focus will be on brand and communications research. This senior position will see you being hands on, working on everything from preparing the initial research proposal, designing and managing the project, analysing the data (using software packages such as SPSS or Q), reporting and developing and maintaining effective client relationships. As a senior member of the team, you will take a proactive approach to training opportunities and play a big part in assisting the more junior members of staff with their development. This is a perfect role for someone who has previously concentrated their skills in one area and would like to expand their skills base. You will have the opportunity to partner with clients across commercial and government sectors and utilise both quantitative and qualitative research methods.
• At least 5-8years’ experience in commercial and/or government market research
• Solid understanding of SPSS and/or Q software
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
