A rare and senior opportunity for a Business Development leader to take charge of and drive global business development strategy for one of the world’s top law firms.
This is a senior management position working closely with global heads and senior partners, where you will design, implement and oversee the execution of business development strategy across the business. This position is at the heart of the firm’s global strategy and you will enjoy a high-profile role, working closely with Banking, Real Estate, Tax and Private Equity practices. You will also work in close partnership with global marketing teams to ensure business development and marketing strategy is “joined up“ at both local and global levels, while you will have additional responsibility for the ongoing development of the firm’s client relationship programme.
With strong commercial sense and an understanding of financial markets, this position will also give you plenty of autonomy and space to lead and develop your team, while providing thought-leadership and critical advice to senior stakeholders on commercial and client development.
Applicants for the senior role must be able to demonstrate outstanding abilities in the following areas:
• experience gained within an international law firm or professional services practice
• outstanding commercial skills with the ability to advise global partners with authority
• inspirational team leadership abilities
• the ability to be a team player within a global management team
