Having had an immensely successful few years, the team are now looking to continue growing with the addition of a Quantitative Research Manager. This will certainly appeal to an experienced researcher who has worked in a large research house with perhaps a stint spent in a smaller consultative agency, who values that environment and can now see the immense potential of getting on board in dynamic consultancy with ambitious plans for the future.
As a Quantitative expert you should be 'cut from the same cloth' by having a creative outlook and a desire to make a difference to your clients' marketing strategy. You will need a Research background with Consumer market knowledge, this role would be ideal for someone who wants to join a business that cares about the work they do and the impact they have on their clients' decisions. Good mentoring skills are also essential to develop the juniors in the business and an excellent salary and benefits is on offer.
