Excellent opportunity for a skilled Research Manager with strong qualitative skills to join this growing and award-winning independent insight consultancy. Working across a wide spectrum of sectors, namely FMCG, utilities, retail and finance, you will join a team of experts and deliver qualitative and mixed method projects predominantly focused on NPD, customer experience as well as brand and communications for some of the biggest brand in these industries.
What the role involves?
As Research Manager you will hit the ground running and play a pivotal role within the team, by managing research studies from inception to delivery and liaising closely with existing clients, as well as helping the team grow their client base. You will also play a key role in business development, working with the directors and contributing to ‘big-ticket’ proposals, by utilising your strategic thinking and creativity to deliver a fresh and tailored approach to all your clients’ needs and business challenges. With the ability to advise senior stakeholders, you will be a confident speaker in client presentations, as well as a mentor for junior researchers.
What you will need?
To qualify at this level, you will have strong qualitative research experience, ideally within the FMCG and utilities sectors – Any exposure or knowledge to quantitative research will be greatly beneficial but not essential!
