Exciting new business role for this leading provider of global macroeconomic research!
Joining this world leading firm's consultancy team, you'll be actively speaking to senior managers and board directors from the commercial and public sector, with a view to targeting new niche areas that complement the bespoke research it provides to sectors such as food, manufacturing, online retail, property development, telecommunications, charities, government bodies as well as banking, investment and insurance; this research helps clients plan for the future, understand the implications of changing government policy and make their case to investors, regulators, politicians and the public.
Ideally you'll have previous experience selling B2B research/consultancy services, having perhaps worked in a BD capacity within economics or management consultancies, or elsewhere in professional services. Strong communications skills are essential, as is the ability to build relationships and be patient (this is not a 'scripted' one call telesales role).
