As a Research Manager, you will join an engaging and fast paced environment, where you will support the overall design, management and execution of both quantitative and qualitative research projects (85/15). You will work across a variety of ad-hoc and tracking projects, managing several at the same time across different subject areas. Working across dynamic digital, communications, PR and marketing teams, this role will see you will take on more responsibility as you manage both internal and external clients; ensuring effective and timely communication. Day to day, your responsibilities will see you being hands on in: questionnaire design, project management, insight generation and quantitative analysis, and drafting presentations using visual storytelling. You will also support in proposal writing and will attend pitches where necessary.
• Minimum of 3 years market research agency experience
• End to end project management of quantitative research
• Solid quantitative analysis skills in SPSS/Q
• Excellent client presenting abilities
• Outgoing, ‘can do’ attitude and the ability to take on more responsibility
• A natural curiosity about what drives people to think/act the way they do
