Insights Manager – Clientside (Financial)

Up to £49,000 + Benefits – London

A rarely available Insights Manager position with an independent organisation set up by the government to offer an impartial advisory service to consumers in the financial space, helping to guide them to make the right personal financial decisions. At this level you will have the opportunity to lead on insights projects – you’ll take ownership of projects from commissioning to final delivery and embedding of insights. Confidence managing both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the insight agenda is met and delivered effectively is going to be important here. In terms of day to day responsibilities, these are likely to involve:

- Effective day to day management of projects (including both tracking and ad-hoc, qualitative and quantitative, secondary and desk)
- Develop effective research briefs alongside stakeholders
- Commissioning projects and partner agency selection
- Ensuring all outputs are delivered to the highest quality and meet project objectives
- Disseminating, interpreting and summarising key insights

The ideal candidate will need to demonstrate that they have operated at a similar level within either an agency or clientside environment and you should be comfortable with a variety of research approaches and techniques. The ability to tell a coherent story from data is likely going to be a key strength of yours and you will enjoy working within an organisation that is whole heartedly focussed on helping the consumer. This particular opportunity has a focus on informing children and young people with regards to their understanding of the financial market place, and previous experience working with this target group is going to be essential.
