Conducting research at all stages of the advertisement cycle, the team tackle everything from exploration and strategic understanding, concept development and refinement, pre-testing and launch through to tracking and post testing.
What will I do?
As an Account Manager, you’ll work directly with a broad mix of clients to identify what they need to know and design the best fit solution. Projects will involve both quantitative and qualitative methods (70:30) as you incorporate early stage exploratory qual work with sharp quantitative surveys and data. This role will see you rounding out your insights tool box, as you work with advanced community platforms to gather rich, real time insights from engaged respondents. Working with different colleagues across the company, you’ll have direct client contact from the initial meeting to the debrief. This role will see you working with a team that is fun, passionate and engaged. • 2-4 years of experience in market research, insights and strategy.
• An excellent communicator who is helpful and loves to get stuck in!
• Great sense of humour
• Experience in brand and communications experience would be advantageous but not essential and candidates with other types of research experience are still encouraged to apply
