My client is a brand and customer experience consultancy. As a business, they are passionate about helping brands create powerful and connected customer experiences. Using an ethnographical approach, this agency takes their clients into the world of their customer, unearthing powerful customer insights. Their focus is on helping their clients to understand their customers better. They do this using a range of techniques such as: in home immersions, in store safaris, digital ethnography, human centered innovation and customer experience mapping.
In this Qualitative Account Manager role, you will apply your qualitative toolkit across a variety of interesting projects including brand development, brand launch, brand growth and brand revitalization. Client facing from the beginning to the end of the project, you will find yourself partnering with stakeholders within the FMCG, Services, Media, Financial and Technology space. You will lead, manage and executive projects from taking the client brief to delivering the final presentation. Taking responsibility for the day to day management of key client accounts, you will deliver a high-quality service whilst growing their revenue base.
To qualify for this outstanding opportunity, you will have:
• 2+ years’ experience in a branding/insights or research agency
• Solid experience using qualitative research methodologies
• The ability to work across all sectors
• The capability to own client relationships
• A love of fashion and retail brands
