My client is an independent Australian strategy and research company. With over 15 years’ experience, they offer clients strategies to rethink their brand and achieve that all-important competitive edge. This agency is constantly evolving to push the boundaries and leverage new and innovative ways to unlock powerful insights for their clients. Working collaboratively, they commercialise and activate those insights.
As a Qualitative Account Manager, you will work on a whole host of exciting projects including growth strategies, brand development, innovation, new product development, category strategy and shopper insights. At this level, you will be given increasing client responsibility; and will find yourself partnering with clients across a varied range of sectors such as FMCG, media, telecoms, healthcare and travel. In this highly varied role, no two days will be the same.
This is a pivotal position within the company and you will work on all stages of the research project from leading client briefs through to giving the final presentation and report writing. In this Account Manager position, you’ll be able to utilise a range of qualitative research techniques and methods. You should be competent in conducting focus groups and any experience in client workshops would be a bonus. You will have regular client contact and will act as a mentor to the more junior members of staff, allocating workloads as necessary.
To qualify for this exceptional opportunity, you should:
• Have 2 – 4 years’ experience in market research
• Be a qualitative specialist with experience running focus groups
• Be confident with each step of the research process
