Play a pivotal managerial role across the in-house market research function for this leading investment firm. One of the few firms of its kind that uses market research to support the investment analysts in their decision making, you'll work very closely with the Partner (Market Research Head) as their deputy in managing the existing market research team. From scoping out projects with the investment analysts through to designing questionnaires, ensuring the multi-lingual telephone interview team are working to brief, distilling key insights/analysis plus producing/presenting reports to the investment teams, this is a wide ranging role covering a range of duties and industries (from retail through to healthcare) to keep things interesting.
Managerial/supervisory experience is a must, whilst a market research background in B2B is useful. You'll also be a strong communicator with meticulous attention to detail. In addition you'll also be working with social media analysts and data science professionals so someone with strong quantitative skills, an interest in additional data sources (e.g. analytics and desk research) with a degree of creativity will also work well. This is a great job - it's the perfect in-house/clientside role for someone with previous agency experience. The work is interesting, it's busy, and rewards can be high (there's a good discretionary bonus as part of the package!); lovely Mayfair location too!
