Account Director – FMCG, Innovation & Shopper Research
$100,000 - $130,000 + super + great bonus!
Describing themselves as a boutique, creative, results-oriented market research agency they are fiercely proud of their unfaltering ‘can do’ attitude! Their clients love their ‘partnership not projects’ ethos, for them it’s about sitting on the same side of the table and being proactive, not reactive. They like to come up with out of the box suggestions and are experts in market understanding, innovation, product research, packaging research, brand and communications, shopper research and NPD.
They are currently looking to a hire an Account Director with the following traits:
• A passion for doing and a willingness to be hands on in market research delivering actionable outcomes
• An innate ability to connect and communicate – you’re a listener and a talker!
• A desire to truly get what makes your clients business tick – to share their joys and feel their pain
• A passion for FMCG, Innovation and Shopper research and thirst to learn and co-create.
This role will see you managing and building relationships with some of the largest marketers and manufacturers within Australia . You will take full ownership of studies from end to end and will enjoying constantly lifting the bar to both excite and delight your clients. Your passion will be infectious and you will act as leader and mentor to junior team members.
