This Qualitative Account Director role allows a strategic mix of client relationship development and strong qualitative competencies. The success of this business lays in the research solutions that they offer. As a Qualitative expert, you will learn, execute and deliver training in a wide range of innovative qualitative research solutions. These include pyramid groups, brand magic, semiotics and online communities.
Working closely with the Director of Research, you will pitch to and convert new clients, ensuring that client management and satisfaction are always delivered. The Account Director is pivotal within this business and will see you delivering continuous growth and profitability. You will assist with the continued development of existing business and engage in the company’s new client acquisition initiatives. Furthermore, you will train and develop the more junior researchers; enhancing their qualitative skills and ensuring that the skill level of staff is always progressing.
To qualify for this high-profile position, you will:
• Have at least 6 years of experience working in an insights/brand consultancy
• Be independent in all stages of the qualitative research process from pitch to presentation.
• Be confident with a variety of qual techniques, (focus groups, in-depth interviews, online communities, and co-creation).
• Have a love for all thing’s brands & marketing
• Be naturally great with clients
