They pride themselves on the quality, versatility and bespoke nature of their work and the close relationships they enjoy with an enviable list of clients. 80% of the work they deliver is ad-hoc/customised and as well as working on range of commerical clients they also operate in the for purpose sector – think philanthropy, education, arts & culture, Government (Federal, Local and State), environmental groups, and industry and professional associations.
As the Head of Quantitative of Insights you’ll lead a talented team (4), manging resources and ensuing the team wider developmental and training needs are being met. Day to day you’ll take the lead with clients, delighting them with innovative solutions and sound insights. You’ll also wear a strategic and operational hat partnering with the wider management team to drive new business opportunities through the writing of winning proposals and sales/marketing initiatives.
You should have a background with either top agencies or clever quant consultancies and be looking for a company which will offer you a platform to further your career and be part of an entrepreneurial and forward thinking team. You should also have your own clear perspective and philosophy on Quant research as you will share ideas and help shape the direction and future of the business in this highly rewarding position.
