They use Voice of the Customer, Employee Engagement and Market Research technology to help businesses gather, analyse and act on feedback. Their intelligent software and solutions don’t just deliver accurate insights; they help their customers convert these into actions and report on ROI to continually evolve the customer experience.

The role
As a Sales Director you will own the sales process in this senior role. This is an opportunity to take complete ownership of the Voice of the Customer division; building strong relationships with enterprise clients to generate revenue.
This high-profile position will see you take responsibility for:

- Leading sales initiatives in enterprise accounts
-Developing comprehensive opportunity management
-Navigating complex enterprise clients and multiple stakeholders
-Negotiating contracts
-Representing the business at industry events
-Maintaining a deep understanding of competitive landscape

Your clients will cross industries including healthcare, banking and finance, corporate, real estate, and government. Whilst this role is predominately Sydney based, your impressive clientele will provide opportunities to travel to Queensland and Victoria.

The ideal candidate
• Has a strong history generating enterprise and B2B sales
• Has knowledge of how to run sales initiatives, build strong relationships and close deals
• Understands the Customer Experience market
• Has experience in selling a service
• Has strategic thinking around operations and positioning to executive plans and align the team
• Has business and financial acumen to translate customer requirements into meaningful business recommendations
