This Australian owned market research and consulting agency is focused on helping its clients to understand their shoppers and the retail landscape. Using the latest technology, they deliver bespoke consulting and develop new research products. This boutique agency delivers tailored ad-hoc quantitative and qualitative research using mixed methods, to solve any shopper business problems that their clients face.
This Senior Account Manager role will see you focusing on shopper, retail, FMCG brand and marketing research. In this client-facing role, you will be responsible for all stages of the research process from pitch to presentation. Developing your leadership skills, you will act as a mentor to the more junior members of the team. This high-profile position will see you working on a range of exciting projects such as: shopper segmentation, shopper tracking, customer experience, decision hierarchy, range reviews, category development, store development and product performance.
You will join a team from diverse backgrounds that bring together 25 years’ experience in market research, management consulting, project management and data analytics. You will work collaboratively with everyone from Assistant to Director to source and test new technology including: eye tracking software, In store video observation, mobile apps, facial recognition and geo-location data.
To qualify for this high – profile position you should have:
• Significant experience in another corporate market research agency
• A passion for retail/shopper/FMCG research
• Exceptional data analytic skills (SPSS and Excel)
• The ability to think outside the box and design customised research for your clients
• Great client facing skills
