This marketing communications company delivers highly customised research across a variety of topics including branding, innovation, experience, evaluation and communications.
A rare opportunity, this role will see you blending quantitative and qualitative methodologies while working across social and commercial research.
As part of this business you will have also have access to a unique trends monitor. This is the only research of its kind in Australia that measures ‘culture and values’ using a national survey.
This Senior Account Manger position would suit a dualist researcher who enjoys variety in their role.
Working with clients across the Government, Healthcare, Transport, Retail and Finance industries, you will manage the research process from pitch to presentation. Developing your leadership skills, you will be a mentor to the more junior members of staff who will learn from your varied experience. This is a client facing, consultancy role requiring excellent research design, analytical and interpretive skills.

• A minimum of 4 years relevant market research experience (preferably in a market research agency)
• Confident in all areas of the research process – pitch to presentation
• Skilled using both quantitative and qualitative research methods
• A willingness to learn and develop
