As an Insights Manager, you will unlock the ‘why’ thinking behind the ‘what’ for your clients, using innovative qualitative research methods.
You will take responsibility for the day to management of key client accounts; leading projects from beginning to end. Furthering your qualitative toolkit, you will run focus groups, IDIs, in-home immersions, in store safaris and customer experience mapping.
Variety is key, as you will have the opportunity to work on a mix of ad-hoc projects from brand development, brand launch, CX, and brand revitalisation. No two days would be the same!

To qualify for this excellent role, you will have prior experience in market research and/or brand strategy and a solid grounding in running qualitative research.
