Our client is one of the most respected and established market research agencies in the North, delivering informative and bespoke research solutions to a wide range of top clients across both the consumer and B2B sectors, including retail, charity, finance and utilities areas. Due to an incredible period of growth, they are now looking to expand and recruit a skilled Community Manager to take their research offer to a whole new level!
As a Community Manager, you will work closely with the Research Team by setting up, manage and engage in both online qualitative communities and online quant panels. You will be responsible for developing the system as well as the strategies for these communities and panels, taking on a leading role in shaping the future agency’s client sales. You will also utilise your top community and social media management skills, as well as your problem-solving personality and own initiative to grow, drive and nurture this side of the business.
To qualify, you will be a skilled Community Manager with (ideally) previous experience with both qual and quant online panels and communities. You will have a strong understanding of social media and of how to use these tools to grow business, as well as high proficiency in the Microsoft Office package.
