As a Qual Research Manager, you will join a team of specialists with top market research and in-depth sector expertise in the tech & media field. Utilising a wide range of methods including focus groups, in-depth interviews, workshops, ethnography, as well as digital ethnography, you will be a confident qualitative researcher, able to look at things from the perspective of their impact on culture and society, to provide informative and compelling recommendations to your clients. You will liaise and work closely with some of the most prominent names across the tech & media industry, gaining a full understanding of their businesses and the challenges they face.
To qualify at this level, you must have strong qualitative research experience, as well as in-depth knowledge of the technology and media sectors. You will ideally have a market research agency background, as well as previous exposure to both face-to-face and online qualitative research.
