A global agency known for their ability to solve big client problems are hiring a Market Research Consultant to become part of their award-winning team.
Specialists in Customer Experience, they combine market research with the latest advancements in analytics and technology. Their clients are leading Australian & International brands spanning FMCG, retail, financial services & media.

Due to growth, they are looking for a Market Research Consultant to join their smart team. You will be responsible for assisting, designing and facilitating research projects end-to-end; from attending client briefs to designing a questionnaire, analysis, insight generation, report writing and attending presentations. This role is focused on the quantitative team, but there is growth potential to further your qualitative toolkit (they are online community experts!)
You will build long-lasting and collaborative client relationships. where you will spend time onsite in your client’s offices becoming embedded in their marketing, branding and insights team.
The ideal candidate will have:
• Prior experience working in market research, analytics or consumer insights (2+ years ideally)
• Client servicing skills & an ability to work in a team and collaboratively
• Exposure to all elements of the research process, ideally quantitatively focused
• Strategic problem-solving skills
• Strong organisation skills and an eye for trial
