A newly created role in the business you will sit between the clients and the delivery teams (Project Management, Data Analysis & Reporting etc.) to ensure a seamless delivery of studies and services. An expert in online and mobile research you will act as the client champion, promoting the uptake of new products and technologies. You will assist the sales teams with the development of online and mobile proposals ensuring that the techniques and approaches used will deliver the best outcome. You will also get to stretch your marketing muscles and get involved in developing sales and marketing collateral for the team.
Priding themselves with providing the best client experience the team employ people that their clients and internal stakeholders want to work with. You are able engage and drive change. You will have an open minded, proactive and flexible approach and will be able to think on your feet.
Required ingredients for success:
• A natural ability to connect with people – both colleagues and client
• Excellent communication skills
• 2+ yeas in Online Market Research / Mobile research
• Proven experience in client service and management
• A passion for technology and working with new products
