They conduct non-stop global research and analysis to write impactful, concise reports that big businesses find invaluable for their business planning.
Particularly focussed on FMCG trends, R&D and new product innovation.
• Consultative Client Servicing
Bring your relationship building skills to the fore working in a hybrid account management and sales renewals role.
You will manage a large portfolio of existing clients and ensure they are getting the best out of their subscriptions and the services being delivered.
You will do this using a smart and consultative approach.
• Confident, switched on and consumer savvy
You will describe yourself as confident, switched-on and with a natural ability to forge relationships with people at all levels.
You will also have strong knowledge of the FMCG sector which means you can hold meaningful conversations with FMCG manufacturers about their business challenges and be able to relate it back to the products and solutions you have at your disposal.
You will be happy servicing clients on the phone and in person as well as running renewal meetings and negotiating the renewals process.
• How to get the job?
• Experience in FMCG
• Proven ability in client servicing and account management
• Agency or clientside experience
• Ideally experience in category/market/business intelligence
• A natural relationship builder
• Natural sales skills for contract renews and upgrades
