Specialising in innovative digital, ethnographic and visual methodologies, this international agency is on the lookout for a new Operation Manager to join their creative London team.
Using video and imagery to help capture, analyse and share findings in a more insightful and engaging way, this creative team work hard to break the mould of existing research practices and throw themselves to the forefront of innovation in both research methods and insight thinking.
As Operations Manager your role will be split between project, team and office management and therefore you will enjoy huge variation and exposure to a lot of exciting projects and high-profile clients. On the project management side, you will look after the respondent recruitment and resourcing for major projects; ensuring things run on time and within budget. On the team and office management side you will help run the office, mange a junior team member and be constantly thinking about ways in which the working environment can be motivational, fun and productive.
This role is ideal for someone with an understanding of the consumer research and/or creative industries who has developed strong project and people management skills and is now up for a new challenge. Creativity and the ability to think outside the box will be key; this role is suited to a real doer with an entrepreneurial spirit.
