This Consultancy of customer experience specialists blend industry knowledge with fresh research techniques to deliver insightful strategic solutions to their range of high profile service clients. They are currently seeking a motivated research manager, joining a well-structured, well-supported and dynamic organisation with plenty of opportunity for further progression. You will use your previous quantitative experience to manage projects all the way through from proposal writing to delivering the insight, in this client facing role. You will have research agency experience and a real interest in the service sector, whether retail, financial, telecoms or travel!
