This top consultancy is a leader in brand research and innovation, providing its clients with competitive and effective recommendations to overcome the business challenges they’re facing. This well-known agency purposely develops new methodologies and research techniques to unveil the most informative insights, and they are now recruiting for new talent to take on a leading role within the team and drive the business forward.
As an Associate Director, you will focus on ad-hoc and continuous projects across several categories and markets, aiming to assess and track brand performance, carrying out advertising tracking, communications testing, new product development and packaging research. You will liaise closely with your clients, developing long-lasting relationships and gaining a deeper knowledge of their business and objectives via regular meetings, debriefs and workshops. Whilst mentoring junior team members, you will design bespoke methodologies whilst also implementing award-winning techniques that blend neuroscience, behavioural economics, cognitive science and linguistics to predict the behavioural impact of the brands’ marketing activities.
To qualify for this opportunity, you will have top-notch client, project and team management skills, along with previous agency-side experience in quantitative market research. A genuine interest in brands, products and advertising will also be a plus.
