Birmingham – £30,000 - £35,000 + Benefits
This leading Midlands based agency have a great opportunity for a Research Manager level individual to come on board and be part of their successful and growing research and insights team. They work with a variety of organisations across both the private and public sector, with a particular focus on working on employee engagement solutions, but with the opportunity to work across other projects in the areas of Health and Wellbeing and Housing. The role will have a quantitative ad-hoc focus (but there will also be the opportunity to involve yourself in qual) and you will have the opportunity to use a whole range of methodologies including online. At this level, you will work closely with a Research Director and the wider team involving yourself in the full project life-cycle from proposal writing to delivering clear and tangible insights. It is also expected that you will be able to build strong relationships with clients, and support the team when it comes to generating new business opportunities (this will be a relatively small proportion of your time.) In terms of previous experience, the agency will welcome applications from a range of sector backgrounds, but you must be able to demonstrate a commercial mindset and be passionate about research with a strong customer focussed ethos.
