Hugely successful, with a busy project load, they are now keen to recruit a Resource Manager to help drive delivery of high quality work for clients through effective management of people resources, pipeline and project work.

Reporting to a Partner, you will support the business by co-ordinating workflow and resourcing. You will build relationships with researchers across the business to understand clear picture of skills, capabilities and development needs to enable you to draw together the right team for every project (both qualitative, quant and mixed methods)

You will have a strong background in project management or full-service research, any experience of workflow management would be advantageous. Above all you will have superb interpersonal and organisation skills - the ability to influence and negotiate are key to the success of the role.
