Senior Economics Consultant – London – Environmental & Energy Policy

This is a rare opportunity to bring your economic & business analysis skills to this specialist consultancy, one of the first in the UK to apply environmental economics to public policy and business challenges. This role is wide-ranging, as you will analyse economic, market and business data to provide consultancy and advice to NGOs, think-tanks and government bodies.
Growth of the business has created the need for an additional Senior Economics Consultant to lead client relationships and deliver high-quality analysis that have a visible impact on environmental and energy policies.
You should have a degree in Economics (postgraduate degree a plus) with a core component of economic analysis in a relevant field (such as environmental economics, health impact assessments and/or industrial economics). Experience of applying environmental economics for decision-making (in policy, consultancy or business) is also a must have, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritise tasks and manage small teams. You should also have some experience gained in in energy and/or environmental consultancies, thinktanks, NGOs, government bodies and/or policy areas concerning utilities and/or environment.
