Bid Manager - Berkshire – Social (Education) Sector
Not-for profit research organisation £34,000 - £39,000
With the aim of improving education for young people across the UK (and sometimes internationally), this amazing independent organisation is well-known for their ability to conduct high impact research which supports effective policy and practice within the education sector.
This role sits within the bids team and will see you work closely with the Head of Department on a range of proposal and pitch development, playing a key role in bid winning strategy whilst also advising on research design and methodological approaches. You will also be supporting the wider team with training and mentoring and play a key role in establishing, developing and maintaining good relations with clients.
This is a rare and exciting opportunity to take on a role which will see you have real impact within a leading not-for profit organisation and therefore create lasting change in education policy. Experience in social research will be essential (either via academia or a social research agency) and you will be confident in writing and managing bespoke proposals and advising on research methodologies.
If the above sounds like you and you would like to know more about this opportunity, then please send your CV to Cate Biles at Resources Group: firstname.lastname@example.org
