With over 30 years’ experience across insights, marketing and strategy, this entrepreneurial and innovative agency is on the lookout for a new Qualitative Research Director to take on a leadership role within their ad-hoc team.
Working across a range of projects including consumer journey, brand engagement, innovation and segmentation, you will utilise your expert skills across a range of qualitative methodologies to answer your client’s trickiest business questions. Remaining hands on with projects, you will act as an inspirational mentor for junior researchers and utilise your industry knowledge to develop and build both new and existing client relationships. Once settled, you will also get involved in wider business strategy and become a key voice as the business continues to grow.
The ideal candidate will have extensive qualitative experience from within a market research agency environment (ideally some quant as you will need to dip your toe in this side of things). Having worked in the industry for a significant period, you will have developed strong relationships with big name consumer clients and enjoy getting involved in business development and other commercial activities. Above all you will be an outgoing and driven person on the lookout for your next challenge!
