Delivering bespoke consulting and best in market products and approaches to Australia’s leading retailers and manufactures this in an ideas business! Able to cut through the noise to allow their clients to succinctly understand their shoppers and retail landscapes this business is THE VOICE when it comes to shopper marketing and insights.
Offering tailored ad-hoc quantitative, qualitative and mixed-method research designed they are able to solve any kind of shopper business problem their clients choose to challenge them with. At the forefront of technology in the space they have at their disposal the latest and best toolkit and they are constantly sourcing and testing new technology to help them get better insights into path to purchase. Their current suite of techniques includes Eye Tracking, Mobile Apps, In Store Observation Video’s, Facial Recognition, Virtual Reality and Geo-fencing.
They are currently looking to a hire a Senior Research Executive with the following traits:
• A passion for doing and a willingness to be hands on in market research delivering actionable outcomes
• An innate ability to connect and communicate – you’re a listener and a talker!
• A desire to truly get what makes your clients business tick – to share their joys and feel their pain
• A interest in all that is Shopper
• A minimum of 12 months commercial market research experience
This role will see you help manage research studies for some of the largest marketers in the shopper space. You will be involved in managing studies from end to end and will enjoying constantly lifting the bar to both excite and delight your clients. Your passion will be infectious and you will have a hunger to learn from those around you.
