Senior Project/ Client Service – Research Technology Services Client
London, £30,000 to £35,000 plus strong bonus
Few can match this provider of real-time digital consumer insights for innovation and client experience and you will have a vital part to play helping your clients to transform the way marketing decisions are made by bringing consumers and brands together.
The day to day for this includes focus on coordinating all aspects of building and maintaining panel-communities, manage custom proprietary community-panels and understand basic panel pricing and cost drivers as well as responsible for training clients. The ideal candidate will have a couple years’ experience (ideally in community-panel management), be client orientated with excellent written and verbal communications skills. Be able to work as part of a team and motivate others whilst working to strict deadlines. This role is ideal for a Project Manager who is looking to get involved in more training and have far more client contact than you might usually get, you can also expect to get an excellent salary plus bonus
