As a Senior Research Associate/Manager your role will be hugely varied and will include the management and delivery of a massive national survey, as well as various ad-hoc quant and qual projects. You will be involved in all stages of the project process including but not limited to; proposal writing, questionnaire design, survey implementation, managing sub-contractors, data analysis, reporting, presentation of results and helping clients to understand how they can use the results to inform future strategies. Building strong relationships with new and existing clients will also play a key part in this role, as will contributing to the organisations brand image and reputation by speaking at events and presenting to internal and external audiences.

To qualify for this role, you should have proven experience of ideally both quant and qual research (pure quantitative will be considered) at Senior Research Executive level or higher. You will have a keen interest in the health and social care sector as well as a high level of self-motivation and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
