From day one you will be providing support on high-profile projects working with prestigious clients, ranging from Central Government departments through to local authorities and NGOs, and will deliver research & insights that make a real difference to public policy. Projects will be wide-ranging, encompassing both ad hoc and continuous studies, requiring versatility and the ability to distil the meaning behind the numbers to give actionable and meaningful recommendations to both research and non-research audiences.

Probably at around junior research level, you should have gained some agency experience in your career to date and be able to draw on a wide range of quantitative methodologies and tailor your approach to each unique client problem. A strong quantitative grounding is therefore essential, while any exposure to qualitative research would also be advantageous.

Some team supervision experience would also desirable as reporting to you will be a junior executive who will look to you for guidance.
