Research Analyst – London - Leadership Advisory
Business Psychology - £25-£30,000
Are you looking for a chance to take your research to a consultancy that has a stronghold in a huge growth area? This international business psychology consultancy provides second-to-none insights in the field of leadership advisory and performance, executive assessment and culture change. In doing so it has established stable partnerships with some of the biggest firms on the planet and operates as a truly niche firm, beating off stiff competition from top executive search firms and other consultancies.
As a research-based position, this role will entail carrying out qualitative and quantitative research, liaising with a client-focused consulting team to deliver solutions to a range of clients’ talent and business challenges. You will be translating the meaning behind the data and challenge the client team to deliver insights that are robust, relevant and truly make an impact. Your workload will chop and change according to business priorities and client needs and therefore you will need to be versatile and adaptable.
To be considered for this position you will demonstrate excellent exposure to both qualitative and quantitative research and convey a genuine interest in business psychology and the difference that this approach can make to an organisations’ success. You will demonstrate client-facing experience and be extremely confident and personable in front of internal and external stakeholders. In addition, you will be extremely analytical, with excellent Excel skills and the ability to bring data to life. Culturally, this consultancy is relaxed yet professional with very high standards. This is a one-of-a-kind opportunity and will suit researchers with a deep interest in business psychology and the appetite to work in this type of niche environment!
