This agency is an online insights exchange platform that connects market research agencies and brands to influential consumer data that can drive decision making! They have a passion for innovation, data and insights that drive outstanding results for clients.
They are looking for someone that is passionate about executing cutting edge campaigns & managing large projects. Reporting into the Customer Success Director you will work closely with clients to understand their business and reach their goals. You will train clients on the technology & solutions, in conjunction with managing ongoing projects.
Your average day as a Customer Success Executive will see you:
• Working closely with the sales and account manager team
• Responding to clients quickly, you will become a trusted advisor
• Ensuring that all projects are running on time and to budget
• Working with clients to help them get the best out of the platform
Key requirements are:
• 1+ years commercial experience working in online research, technology or a SaaS
• Client management and project management experience
• Excellent communication skills – verbal & written
• Top notch organisational skills
