One of the most sought-after research agencies in the industry, our client focuses on delivering high-quality customer experience research to some of the most prominent names within the financial, retail, travel, healthcare and not-for-profit sectors. Due to recent growth, they are now looking to recruit a skilled Insights Manager to join their team of experts and hit the ground running!
As an Insights Manager, you will dive in your work and really make a difference in this team of specialists, focusing on ad hoc projects spanning a wide range of sectors. You will deliver top insights to a wide range of clients, following projects from inception to delivery, playing a pivotal role within the team and in nurturing strong relationships with your existing clients and new prospects. You will be a charismatic leader, able to deliver compelling presentations to clients, helping them overcome their daily challenges, as well as mentoring and managing junior researchers, ensuring they reach their potential.
To qualify for this exciting role, you will have 5+ years’ experience in market research (ideally on the agency side), along with strong qualitative and quantitative research skills. You have top project, client and team management skills, as well as demonstrable confidence in building new, successful commercial relationships with prospect clients.
