This highly successful agency is on the lookout for an experienced strategy and innovation director to join their growing team in their beautiful Berkshire office (quick and easy transport links to and from London, but flexible working also an option).
Working across the fmcg, media, technology, travel and retail spaces you will run the development of creatively strategic branding solutions, both as part of a passionate team and in a position of leadership. A high achiever who has propelled through the ranks in a brand consultancy (or similar) you will be an insight and strategy expert with experience across a range of projects – ideally brand strategy, positioning and proposition development, corporate branding, corporate architecture, portfolio mapping, commercial business strategy, brand stories and definition, brand identity, innovation and engagement.
You will work across a range of accounts, often liaising and building relationships with C-Suite level clients as you deliver brand changing strategies through creative outputs – this could be related to product design, brand manuals, or video and digital tools. You will wow your clients with bold, creative and clever ideas and ultimately head up the brand strategy practice of this growing agency.
This brand agency is based in a lovely out-of-town location in Berkshire, with great transport links to Central/SW London, and there may be an opportunity for flexible-working for the successful candidate.
